His previous role as Supervisor of Customer Relations and Claims at Electrolux Canada has prepared him to handle the ongoing changes and challenges in today’s market.

Thierry is also a dedicated volunteer and board member for the Young and Gifted Kids program. Thierry is completely fluent in English, French, Swahili, and Lingala. He holds a degree in Business Administration from Niagara College. In his down time, Thierry enjoys playing basketball, rowing, and music.
