His journey in the industry began as a Mortgage Development Manager at Scotiabank and a Financial and Investment Specialist at TD Bank Group. Aman’s diverse experience in the banking industry has provided him with a comprehensive understanding of various financial aspects and industry secrets.
Aman’s portfolio encompasses several notable ventures. He is a Founding Member at Money Tree Lending Group and serves as a Business Development Manager at Money Tree Lending Mortgages. Additionally, he is the owner of Life Image Media, a company that specializes in marketing at healthcare institutions. Aman’s entrepreneurial spirit extends to his role as an investing partner in C & M Hospitality, which owns multiple restaurants and bars in Southern Ontario. With over a decade of experience in commercial real estate, Aman has expanded his portfolio by managing office buildings, warehouses, and retail spaces. He is also passionate about investing in short-term rental properties, with a particular focus on multi-residential units.
Aman pursued his education at the University of Waterloo, specializing in Accounting & Financial Management. With over 10 years of experience in industries ranging from insurance to manufacturing, Thierry is well-equipped to facilitate all types of small business needs. His previous role as Supervisor of Customer Relations and Claims at Electrolux Canada has prepared him to handle the ongoing changes and challenges in today’s market.
Thierry is also a dedicated volunteer and board member for the Young and Gifted Kids program. Thierry is completely fluent in English, French, Swahili, and Lingala. He holds a degree in Business Administration from Niagara College. In his down time, Thierry enjoys playing basketball, rowing, and music.

Mikes professional journey is complemented by an Advanced Business Diploma from Fanshawe College. Beyond the boardroom, you will find him on the ice, in the boxing ring, carving through snow-covered slopes, or soaring the skies since the age of 14 as he works towards earning a pilot’s license.

Now residing in Canada, Erhi dedicates her time as a Volunteer Program Manager at Black Mentorship Inc., where she empowers black professionals through mentorship and training workshops. Fluent in English, Yoruba, Pidgin, and Urhobo, Erhi holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy, an MBA from Lagos Business School, and a PMP certification.
